The Air Force intends to solicit proposals for a firm-fixed price contract (SUBJECT TO FUNDS AVAILABILITY) to Revitalize Main Chapel. Work includes but is not limited to the following: Concrete for building construction; new brickwork and modification to existing brickwork; miscellaneous steel; rough and finish carpentry; aluminum windows, doors, and glazing, wood doors, wood wall paneling, acoustical ceilings and wall paneling; carpeting; reupholstery of existing pews; remove existing bell tower and metal roofing system/install new roofing system; new cupola and installation of new aluminum windows and storefront system; a redesigned altar area, new interior wall and floor finishes, new HVAC system serving the sanctuary; upgrade lighting and upgrade sound system.
