This is an indefinite quantity contract. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, supplies, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform and complete the interior and exterior minor repairs, replacement of new installation of materials, to numerous buildings, structures, and sites, to include any or all the following work: painting of new or existing interior or exterior wall surfaces (of various materials), doors and windows (including trim and frame), eaves, soffits, fascia: installation of new, and/or replacement of varying interior or exterior missing, or deteriorated wood items, gypsum board and plywood; repair, replacement or new installatin of rain gutters and down-spouts; re-glazing of door and window glass; preparation of interior or exterior surfaces to be painted, utilizing water, scraping, sanding, sand blasting, by hand or machine cleaning, or a combination of these methods; re-painting of existing or new painting of pavement and markings; installation of vinyl wall covering to new or existing wall surfaces (including surface preparation). Work is located at Naval Air Station Corpus Christi, Texas, Naval Station Ingleside, Texas, and Naval Air Station Kingsville, Texas. Minimum guarantee is $25,000. Contract period is for a twelve month base period with an option to extend yearly for a not to exceed amount of 36 months. The proposed contract is set-aside pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. This procurement is restricted to qualified 8(a) firms from the Lower Rio Grande Valley (Harlingen, Texas District), San Antonio, Texas District and Houston, Texas District.
