The Commission will transport the rotor to the contractor's nearest US Airforce Base, Airfreight Terminal. The contractor shall make arrangements to pick it up and transport it to his facilities. The Contractor shall complete repair work within 30 days from the day the rotor was picked up. Upon completion of work the contractor shall deliver the rotor to the nearest US Airforce Base. When requesting the solicitation, state solicitation number, company's name and address, telephone and fax numbers, and e-mail address (if available). Requests will be accepted by facsimile at 011-507-272-7661. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Commission. See numbered Note 12.
