Thisrequirement is for a Small Business Set-A-Side competitive procurement under SIC Code 8742 and Size Standard $5 million for Human Resource Management Support Services for the Federal Government. Support is required in the following functional areas: Staffing; Position Classification; Employee Relations; Labor Relations; Employee Development; Benefits; and Clerical, Administrative, and Data Management Support. Personnel must have specialized Federal Government human resource management experience at journeyman level or above. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Level of Effort contract on initial offers. The expected number of hours required is 3,440 for the base year; 5,160 hours for option one; 3,440 hours each for both options two and three; and 1,720 hours for option four. Place of performance is the Human Resource Management Department at Indian Head, Maryland.
