Duties include management, maintenance, and marketing of single family properties as well as oversight of sales and closing activities. Contracts will be awarded for services in 16 geographic areas covering the United States. Six of the 16 areas are potentially reserved for 8(a) and small business participation to provide maximum practical opportunities for small and small disadvantaged businesses.
