Work includes but is not limited to the following: Phase I: Demolish FAC 53 and all site items; disconnect, reconnect, cap off and or abandon existing subgrade site utilities and excavate site; New Building: Construct new bi-level building using concrete mat foundation and concrete masonry unit (CMU) perimeter walls; slate roof; energy efficient exterior windows and doors; interior partitions build out with new wall finishes, flooring and ceiling systems; interior wood doors; built-in countertops; fire alarm and sprinkler system, HVAC plumbing and electircal power systems, lighting, elevator system, handicap access ramp; Phase II: Existing FAC 21 -- interior demolition of existing building.
