Goldsby (253) 968-4913 (Site Code DADA13) Madigan Army Medical Center has a requirement to upgrade an existing Lanier Dictation System. Currently in use are two Lanier VoiceWriter 4800 digital dictation systems used to transcribe into the hospital transcription system and Composite Health Care System (CHCS). The upgrade shall integrate dictation, transcription and patient information systems (CHCS). Existing government-owned personal computers (PCs), laser printers, fiberoptic network, dictation stations, transcription stations, modem interfaces for remote transcription and channel selector in radiology shall be utilized with no facility modification. Offerors must show proof of successful integration with CHCS. A site-visit and pre-proposal conference will be scheduled. Solicitation will be available on or about 14 August 1998.
