Nonpersonal Services: Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure the following volunteer resource program services and activities are provided: Information and referral service to individuals seeking volunteer placement; volunteer management resource information; training opportunities for volunteers and administrators; maintain library of professional literature and provide base-wide recognition program coordinated by the volunteer advisory council. Services shall be performed in accordance with Performance Work Statement (available on the 355th CONS Business Opportunities Page (see link below) or through written request). The work shall be performed at Davis-Monthan AFB, Tucson, AZ, Building 3210. A request for quote will be issued at the termination of the fifteen (15) day synopsis period (14 Aug 98).
