Q -- MEDICAL SERVICES SOL RFQ 618-147-98 DUE 081998 POC Carol Murphy 612-725-2190 The Minneapolis VAMC intends to negotiate a contract for Radiologist Services with Medical X-ray Consultants, Ltd., Eau Claire, WI. Radiologist Services are required in support of the VA staffed clinic (Community Based Outpatient Clinic) that will be located on the campus of St. Joseph's Hospital in Chippewa Falls and operated by the VAMCs that are located in Minneapolis, MN and Tomah, WI. The types of Radiologist Services to be purchased include reading general x-rays such as chest films and other non-invasive radiology procedures where immediate results are required by the physician for diagnosis and treatment of illness. The Contractor will provide the services of a Board Certified Radiologist to supervise the performance of radiology exams and interpretation of films to be done at St. Joseph's Hospital, Chippewa Falls, WI. Contractor will provide all equipment, supplies, space and personnel to supply the services. Additional needs for Radiology Services will be met through referrals to the Minneapolis or Tomah VAMCs. The contract will be for a one-year period beginning approximately September 1, 998 with two renewal options. Responsible sources capable of meeting the Government's requirement may respond by furnishing, in writing, the information which substantiates the offerors ability to provide the required services. All responses must be received within 30 days of the publication of this notice. Any responses will be used to determine if competitive opportunities exist. Since no solicitation document exists, requests for such documents without accompanying information will be considered non-responsive to this request without further consideration.
