The Statement of Work shall provide a definition of needs in order to be able to supply training in specific office automation areas for DFAS personnel. The objective of the training instruction delivered is to provide DFAS with a well-trained workforce that is knowledgeable and functionally sound in the DFAS Electronic Document Management Solution. The contractor shall provide all necessary qualified personnel, materials, and technical data to provide for the delivery of training for specific office automation areas, work processes, system utilization for the DFAS.
