SPECIALIZED RESEARCH AND STUDY On behalf of the u.S. Army Research Institute, the Defense Supply Service-Washington intends to award a purchase order (under the simplified acquisition threshold) on a sole-source basis to Dr. Robert Sternberg and Dr. Jennifer Hedlund, of the Department of Psychology at Yale University. This procurement is a specialized research, study, and analysis entitled "Indentifying the Abilities Involved in the Acquisition of Tacit Knowledge" to support ARI's mission in military manpower, personnel and training research. This short-term study will be conducted on a parttime basis over one year. This notice is not a request for quotes or proposals. No solicitation will be issued.
