Replace concealed spline acoustical ceiling and grid with layin ceiling system. Paint spray-applied acoustical ceilings. Repair as needed. Repaint ceiling beams, wall fascias, toilet room ceilings, and all previously painted interior wall surfaces. Repaint all interior doors and frames. Refinish wood doors.
