Buxco Electronics will provide the following equipment/software: 1.) SFT1410, Biosystem XA base, 2.) SFT1811, Pulmonary (FDP) Analyzer Pack, 3.) PLY3511, Whole Body Chamber for Mouse, 4.) MAX1320, Mini Max Preamp Chassis, 5.) MAX2270, MAX II Preamp Module, 6.) PLY1040, 4 Port Bias Flow Box, 7.) TRD5100, Seni Transducer for Flow, 8.) PLY1025, Aerosol Delivery System (Push bias flow), 9.) AUT1840, Aerosol Delivery System (Fittings for nebulizer), 10.) AUT1810, Aerosol Delivery System (Distributes reservoir and tubing, ultrasonic nebulizer), 11.) PC-0200, Pentium II PC 400MHZ. These items are considered unique in that 1.) the whole body plethysmograph is patented, 2.) the hardware and software is customized for the application that Buxco introduced, 3.) the protocol summary capability (generates summary on-line), and 4.) the validation study conducted by National Jewish Medical and Research Center, Denver, CO and accepted by the American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine is specific to Buxco plethysmograph. Buxco shall deliver and install equipment within 90 days after award. A minimum of two (2) days of on-site training will be provided. Buxco shall warrant normal operation of equipment and provide any needed maintenance on parts and labor for one (1) year following installation. An award will be made fifteen (15) days from date of this notice. Sources may submit descriptive literature which fully demonstrate that their product meets the brand name specification which shall be considered by the agency.
