NASA/GSFC plans to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ5-81561-917) on a Sole Source Basis for: 1. 12 MONTH IDL MAINTENANCE RENEWAL FOR 48 FLOATING LICENSES. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). NASA/GSFC intends to purchase the items from Research system, Inc., as these items are proprietary to and only available from them. The authority is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source.
