Capable sources are sought to integrate AFRL developed SIGINT technologies into US Air Force RC-135 and U-2 aircraft. Technologies have been developed to the developmental breadboard level and require integration into host systems, resident on these platforms. Potential sources must have extensive experience with all currently installed SIGINT Systems, including planned platform system upgrades. Potential sources must have a detailed understanding of the RC-135 and U-2 systems, allowing them to do system engineering, design of software/hardware, hardware/software development, fabrication, installation and testing on these Reconnaissance systems. Potential sources must have RC-135 and U-2 development and testing facilities, the AEELS Receiver Test and Integration Center (ARTIC), RC-135/U-2 compatible antenna ranges and Multiple Source Test Facility (MSTF) ground test facilities. Prospective sources must have access to the RC-135 and U-2 platforms, during periodic Depot Maintenance (PDM) cycles to allow installation and integration to take place coincident with normal aircraft down-time. Reference Note 22, three copies of qualifications must be received no later than thirty days from publication of this synopsis.
