The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for data collection services to conduct surveys of housing rental rates and utilities in the Alaska, California, Colorado/Utah/Wyoming, Idaho/Montana and Plains survey regions. These surveys require that the rental and utility data be collected on a voluntary basis from landlords, realtors and tenants through interviews and personal inspection of each property. This contract will not require a real estate appraisal of the properties. The solicitation will be issued in approximately 10 days from the date of this notice.
