Renovations in building 1 are generally related to compliance to ADA guidelines for handicapped accessibility, plus compartmentalization of an existing storage area to create a workroom. Building 2 comprises the greatest portion of the project and includes conversion of the building from a shop building into an administrative office building with conference room and library. Building 9 shall be renovated to replace existing structural wall panels and roof with a pre-engineered metal building system placed upon the existing concrete slab. The project includes site work, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work. The estimated cost of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
