This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number N00161-98-Q-0107 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). A list of contract line item numbers and items, quantitites and units of measure is: CLIN 0001 Expansion Joint 2-7/8 x 2-7/8 x 10 Quantity of 54 each; CLIN 0002 Expansion Joint 2-3/8 x 2-3/8 x 10 Quantity of 80 each; Expansion Joint 3-1/2 x 3-1/2 x 10 Quantity of 10 each. All Expansion Joints shall be double-arch unfilled. All expansion joints must match requested I.D. measurements exactly; no variation will be accepted. All Expansion Joints shall be stamped or labeled with size and date of manufacturer. Delivery to be within 45 days after receipt of order. Manufacturer's Standard Commercial Warranty is required.
