csgilchrist@bop.gov. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Health Services
Division, is seeking information on the availability of interested,
qualified suppliers of medical file folders. The requirement is to
supply medical file folders to approximately 93 facilities across the
United States and its territories. A general description of the folder
is that the folder is approximately 11 1/2" x 10 1/2" and is made from
cardstock, or similar sturdy material, capable of holding medical
record documents that may reach 4 to 5 inches in depth. The folder
should contain two flaps enabling six separate filing locations. Also
included should be nine dividers that will have pre-printed tabs with
medical titles on each tab capable of being located throughout the
folder to separate the record data being filed. Vendors are invited to
submit product information including text descriptions of their folder
and pricing data. Vendors are encouraged to submit samples. This
information may assist the Federal Bureau of Prisons in assessing its
needs.Information should be submitted no later than September 1, 1998
