This seminar will address a complete overview of the procurement process. It starts with an introduction to what government contracting is, reasons for soliciting government contracts, commercial versus non-commercial contracts, pros and cons of prime or subcontract, and the procurement document. This seminar also addresses main issues regarding government accounting, cost proposals, negotiations and protests.
