The Officer in Charge requires The Contractor to provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to maintain and repair interior and exterior structural/architectural systems, mechanical systems, interior electrical systems, and public address systems. This includes manning of a trouble call desk, performing emergency service work, routine service work, minor repair work, preventative filter replacement, implementing a facility inspection program, preparing estimates, and performing indefinite quantity work designated by the Contracting Officer. Does not include any custodial work. Work to be accomplished by means of a combination Firm Fixed Price/ Indefinite Quantity type contract. The contract term is for a period of one (1) year. the Government shall have the option to extend the term of the contract services for additional periods of one to twelve months.
