Contractor to furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to renovate office space in the basement of Building 3 at the VA Medical Center, Ann Arbor, Michigan. Work shall include, but is not limited to, renovation of approximately 1100 s.f. of office space including demolition and installation of partitions, carpeting and ceilings. Five new windows with metal window wells will be added in a foundation wall that is partially below grade. Improvements to exterior drainage is required.
