Provide and install cathodic protection on five underground storage tanks at the Red Fir Maintenance Center in Sequoia National Park, Tulare County, California. Work will be done according to the Steel Tank Institute Recommended Practice for The Installation of Supplemental Anodes for ST1-P3 UST's, or another method approved by Tulare County. The five tanks are: 1 -- 10,000 gal gasoline, 1 -- 10,000 gal diesel, 2 -- 4,000 gal heating oil, and 1 -- 1,000 gal waste oil. Work includes saw cutting concrete and asphalt, excavation, backfill, and replacement of removed concrete and asphalt. Price range is $25,000 to $100,000. Award will be made to one contractor pursuant to Public Law 100-656, the Small Busines Competitiveness Demonstration Act.
