Provide all labor, equipment, material and supervision required to remove asphalt pavement and base material by a cold milling process. Work includes delivering milled asphalt and base to two sites located within three miles of pavement milling site, and windrowing milled material along a roadway. Estimate price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Project duration is thirty calendar days. A limited number of solicitation packages will become available approximately August 19th, 1998 on a first-come-first-served basis until the supply is exhausted. Contractors will have a thirty day response time for submission of offers. There will be no charge for the solicitation package, however, only one copy will be furnished to each requesting party.
