Provide all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment to properly complete the following project: A. Design and install a septic field in specified area to include soil test report for the area as stated in the Statement of Work and drawings (sewer service portion), and B. Provide a well in the general area as shown on the site plan in accordance with specifications (water service portion). Contractors shall supply product data and shop/factory tests on the following equipment for approval prior to installation: the well pump, sewage pump, controller, State approved septic design, and State approved well installation. Work shall include all state permits, review, and certification fees. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. A payment bond of 50% will be required on award. Performance will be 90 calendar days. Requests for this solicitation should be received before the issue date of 27 August 1998. Closing date will be COB 17 September 1998.
