The project consists of construction of additional administartion space within the existing Rodman Materials Research Laboratory. This space will be developed by enclosing the open air area adjacent to the building's main entrance and provide HVAC, electrical and computer support. Construction consists of excavation, concrete foundations and floor slabs, glazed wall panels, HVAC, electrical, fire protection and some demolition of existing building features. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns. The total estimated construction cost is between $250,000 and $500,000.
