The facility is located at 3191 Grand Avenue and exterior parking is approximately 67,810 sq. ft. Redesign Customer/Employee Parking in accordance with drawings and specifications. Permitting not required for this project, however, contractor is required to perform all work in accordance with South Florida Building Code and other applicable standards.
