Survey requires approximately 600 holes to be drilled in the Parkfield,
CA area. Holes will be approximately 40' apart along a single line to
be shown on map available with the RFQ. Hole depth 8" to 10",
approximate diameter 4", total drilling feet NTE 5800'. The holes will
be used to place and detonate small explosive charges in a seismic
reflection study to image a site on the San Andreas Fault. Drilling
expected to take approximately 30 days and be completed before survey
begins. Total small business set-aside, SIC Code 1389, size standard
