S. Naval Submarine Base, Groton, Ct. The systems are used to support the Module Screening and Repair Activities to test and repair Standard Electronic Modules that are a part of the Submarine Advanced Combat System. The contractor is required to keep the equipment in sound operating condition in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and original specifications.
