The Joint STARS Program Office plans to acquire, from Northrop Grumman Corporation, services to conduct Joint STARS Mission Crew Initial Qualification Training (IQT) and Upgrade Training (UGT) which includes keeping the already developed IQT and UGT courseware and scenarios concurrent with the latest Joint STARS baseline and developing new IQT and UGT courseware and scenarios, when needed, to ensure baseline concurrency. The anticipated award date for this effort is 31 December 1998. This Mission Crew Training effort will consist of a basic effort from 1 January 1999 to 30 June 1999 with an option for 1 July 1999 to 31 December 1999. Interested sources must submit responses within 15 days of publication of this notice. Responses should include information regarding the capabilities of the firm to accomplish the work.
