Washington, DC. These services will take place while the building undergoes major renovations. The renovations will be completed in three phases, therefore while 1/3 of the building is being renovated the other 2/3 will require the custodial services. The anticipated contract will be for a base year with four option periods which could extend the performance of the contract for a total of 60 months.
