The estimated cost of construction is between $750,000.00 and $950,000.00 with construction completion 300 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Work also includes concrete foundations and slab-on-grade, metal stud structure, wood trusses and decking, roof shingles, sheet metal, masonry, metal stud partitions, insulation, gypsum board walls and ceilings, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, carpeting, carpentry, painting, metal doors, wood doors, metal frames, door hardware, sectional overhead dorrs, meetal fabrications, toilet partitions and accessories, signage, lockers, loading dock equipment, fire alarm systems, security systems, electrical, and heating, ventilating and air conditioning complete and ready for use (all in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by Archetype, P.A.
