The Monongahela National Forest anticipates contracting for the installation of culvert pipe and placement of riprap on the Buffalo Fork Road Number 54, located on the Greenbrier Ranger District in Pocahontas County, West Virginia. Work consists of clearing and grubbing, excavation, road grading, placement of aggregate base, machine and hand placed riprap, concrete, installation of 450mm to 1800mm culvert pipes, one pipe arch with 1240mm span and 840mm rise, one pipe arch with 2600mm span and 1820mm rise, heavy wall gas pipe, and seeding. The contract time is estimated at 550 calendar days. The project estimate is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The contract will be awarded under the Small Business Demonstration Project.
