The Ministry of Defense, NATO Infrastructure Department, invites bids
to provide and restore facilities at Batman Airfield, Turkey. The work
consists of: (1)Jet fuel storage at (NE-1), including 1 each 1250 cu.m
storage tank, manifold/filter station, drain tank, 2 each truck
refueling pit, standby power, connection road, power supply, and fence;
(2) Jet fuel storage at (SW), including 1 each 1250 cu.m storage tank,
existing manifold dilter station modication; (3) SW taxitrac loop,
reconstruction (LCN-50) (20730 sq.m) and lighting restoration (4) SW
tsxitrack loop connecting taxitracks reconstruction (LCN-50) (4734
sq.m), lighting restoration; (5) SW loop, A/C parking platforms
reconstruction (LCN-80) (11685 sq.m) and lighting restoration;(6)
Restoration of SW maintenance hangar (680 sq.m), and new power supply,
and communication system; and (7) Liquid oxygen storage (43 sq.m) with
1 each 6000 It and 1 each 1500 It storage tanks. Interested firms
should have successfully completed the procurement and installation of
pave areas, airfield lighting and jet strorage facilities in any NATO
member country. Firms must have at least a NATO Confidential security
clearance. All applicants must be certified by the U.S. Department of
Commerce, Office of Telecommuniactions. Submit all nomination requests
