The facility will be constructed to match existing steel frame, SI building, on concrete spread footings and piles with concrete floors, and modified bitumen roof. Building features involve sound attenuation; fire protection and alarm system; elevator; air conditioning; interior telephone and LAN distribution; 400 HZ power; compressed air, vacuum and hydraulic systems. Some areas of the existing building will be renovated, including removing/relocating walls as well as new construction. All supporting utilities and site work are to be furnished, including additional perimeter fencing, paving demolition, and additional parking.
