Project scope includes the furnishing of all labor, material, and equipment for complete site and infrastructure development and construction of 92 single family and duplex housing units, with priced options for 30 additional housing units. Scope of work includes construction of all on-site supporting roadways, utility distribution, sidewalks, landscaping, playground facilities, and other sight improvements. Complete construction documents will be provided as part of the solicitation by the Air Force. No design will be required or accepted as part of the technical proposal. The contract will not require demolition of existing family housing units. This is a firm fix price lump sum contract award. Award of this contract is based on technical merit and price according to source selection procedures. The proposed procurement is unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1521 and the related business size is $17,000,000. The project magnitude is more than $10,000,000.
