The U.S. Department of Agriculture, REE, Agricultural Research Service, Mid West Area, Coshocton, Ohio, has a requirement for HVAC renovation. Building No. 3 of the North Appalachian Experimental Watershed in Coshocton requires renovation work for its HVAC cooling system. The project consists of all the demolition, mechanical, and electrical labor, equipment and materials to install new direct expansion cooling coil, new refrigerant piping, new air-cooled condensing unit, new wiring, and new controls. One add/alternate will consist of providing and installing a heating water coil to replace the existing electric resistance heating coil. Contractor will be responsible to examine the existing conditions and provide equipment compliant with specifications and materials sufficient for a completed project based upon any adaptations that may be necessary between manufacturers and between new and older equipment.
