Provide all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment to properly complete the following project: A. Remove and dispose of the existing coiling security screens from an unheated storage area located in Building 200 (Maintenance facility) to include removing the pressure sensitive safety stop apparatus for reuse on new doors. B. Provide = and install four (4) new steel coiling overhead doors to replace the security screens. Doors shall have windows, be non-insulated, primed and painted cr=E8me color, weather sealed, with hood baffle, and affix = to the current electric door openers with a Baldor 1 hp motor, horizontal shaft gearbox and Model 4501 power operator manufactured by Wayne = Dalton Corp. Door openings are approximately 29 ft. long x 16 ft. high. Contractor is responsible for correct installation, all adjustments, = and exact measurements of all doors. Complete product data specifications must be submitted with quotation for evaluation purposes. Doors shall be installed by 1 November 1998 ifat all possible. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. A payment bond of 50% will be required on award. Performance will be 30 calendar days.
