If your request for source approval is currently being evaluated at NAVICP-P, submit with your offer a copy of the cover letter which forwarded your request for source approval. Please note, if evaluation of a source approval request submitted hereunder cannot be processed in time and/ or approval requirements preclude the ability to obtain subject items in time to meet government requirements, award of the subject requirement may continue based on Fleet support needs., The part requires engineering source approval; therefore, this five year Indefinite Quantity Type procurement will be restricted to McDonnell Douglas Corporation, a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of The Boeing Company. Year 1 quantity is the guaranteed minimum; years 2 -- 5 reflect estimated quantities. The five year quantity distribution is as follows: Yr. 1, 2 ea.; Yr. 2, 1 ea.; Yr. 3, 5 ea.; Yr. 4, 6 ea.; and Yr. 5, 6 ea. The required delivery schedule is 600 days ADO.
