The Environmental Protection Agency has a requirement for the following items: five PM-2.5, Air Samplers, the instruments must be single channel 200 V, 50 Hz with European Plugs compatible to Polish receptacles; one year Warranty, parts and labor on site in Krakow, Poland; must meet or exceed the current requirements (hardware and software) of the USEPA reference sampler for PM-2.5; must maintain a constant volumetric flow rate ranging from 5 to 18 volumetric L/min and display the current volumetric flow rate in L/min and store the total volume in volumetric m3. The instrument must have an analog output of 0-5 volts DC, also have a RS-232 interface to transfer all data directly to a PC; have a built-in software support for USEPA-required multi-point flow calibrations; have the capacity to store interval data averages every five inutes and store filter data; have a low maintenance 200V 50Hz vacuum pump rated not less than 10,000 hours of operation; an operating temperature range of -40 to +50 degrees C;and weigh not more than 75 lbs; the instrument should use 47MM sample filters and be housed in a cassette. In addition, the following parts are needed: 5 Impactor Well Assembly, 1 flow streamline FTS W/10" H20 Man, Single Channel -FRM filter cassette, large in-line filter, foam fan covers (package of 5), piston pump rebuild kit (2 required), FRM O-Ring and Seal Package (includes 10 O-Rings (3 sizes) and 2 cassette seals), 8 packs numbered 47 mm teflon filters, (50/pk), and a Diffusion Pump Oil-500 ml, a Laboratory Balance, the instrument must operate on 220V, 50 Hz and have a European Plug compatible to Polish receptacles; have a one year International Warranty, parts and labor on site in Krakow, Poland; a weighing capacity of 5.1 grams; readability of 0.001 (mg) over the entire weighing range; reproducibility of less than or equal to 1 micro-gram; stabilization time of less than or equal to 10 second; must have a capacity to weigh filter or samples up to 50 mm. EPA anticipates an award of a fixed price purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is a total small business set aside.
