Naval Surface Warfare Center-Carderock Division, Philadelphia, PA., intends to acquire, on a sole source basis, from Centronix Corporation, sixty (60) LONWORKS Controllers mounted in NEMA 12 enclosures. The Advanced Auxiliary Machinery Program is building a Reduced Scale Advanced Demonstration (RSAD). The RSAD will consist of operational subscale components to represent significant and representative portions of the DDG-51 ship class chilled water system. The specific control technology being employed in the RSAD is LONWORKS. The RSAD is being developed as a test platform for demonstrating various control schemes for various auxiliary systems. The goods to be supplied for this endeavor are 60 PL-201 LONWORKS interface cards mounted in NEMA 12 enclosures. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
