Keller and Associates, Inc., 3003 W. Breezewood Lane, PO Box 368, Neenah, Wisconsin 54957-0368 for the purchase of the following HACCP software: Learn HACCP -- 350 copies, HACCP Compliance-software (doHACCP, doSOP, record HACCP) -- 300 copies, Spanish Version Record HACCP software -- 150 copies, English Version Record HACCP software 700 copies, Spanish Version doHACCP -- 150 copies. The software will be utilized by the Agency to assist small plants in developing HACCP plans for their production process. The HACCP Compliance software provides such technical guidance and assistance by way of a personal computer and assures consistency of content and presentation. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT AVAILABLE. J.J. Keller & Associates, Inc. is the only known source for providing this software. All interested concerns must identify their interest in writing and fully document their capability to meet the Agency's requirements by forwarding a detailed response by August 24, 1998. All responses must be in writing and may be faxed to 202-690-1814. All proposals from responsible sources will be considered by the Agency. If no affirmative written response is received by August 24, 1998 to determine that a comparable source is available, or is more advantageous to the Government, negotiations will take place with the J.J.
