The requirement is as follows: CLIN 00001, Pencil Sharpeners, personal-pocket-handheld type for sharpening standard hexagon or round wooden pencils, Shenzhen PS-101 or equal. Quantity 1,200,000. Specifications as follows: light weight plastic body, metal blade, capable of sharpening all standard lead and colored drawing pencils, no receptacle for shavings, entire quantity may be all one color, can be assorted colors. A pre-award sample shall be required for review and acceptance. Delivery schedule 200,000 due 09-29-98, balance of order 1,000,000 due no later than 10-30-98.
