All responses must be received within 15 calendar days of the date of this CBD notice. No telephone requests will be accepted. Requests for a solicitation will be considered nonresponsive. All responses from responsible sources submitting the required information will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the Contracting Officer may determine that the action may be competed with resulting award under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Responsible firms responding to this synopsis will be considered if the action is competed. A determination by the Government not to compete this propsed contract based upon responses to this notice is soley within the descretion of the Government.
