The Office of Law Enforcement Technolgy Commercialization (OLETC) was established by the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) to assist in the commercialization of technology and innovation for use by the Law Enforcement and Corrections (LEC) community. OLETC is a non-profit organization, located on the campus of Wheeling Jesuit University, whose primary mission is to assist national/federal laboratories, research universities, independent R&D organizations, manufacturers and inventors to commercialize their technology into innovative, affordable, reliable and needed products for LEC applications. OLETC is seeking to gain access to new technologies and concepts that will benefit the LEC community but require commercialization assistance. This is not a solicitation for grant funding or development support but an announcement to seek out product opportunities which offer commercialization potential. OLETC can qualify the potential for new innovative products, perform market and financial evaluations and profile and locate candidate manufacturing partners. OLETC services are available at NO cost.
