Technology Commercialization (OLETC) was established by the National
Institute of Justice (NIJ) to assist in the commercialization and
utilization of U.S. technology and innovation for use by the Law
Enforcement and Corrections (LEC) community. OLETC is a non-profit
organization, located on the campus of Wheeling Jesuit University.
OLETC is seeking a manufacturer and licensee for a patented and unique
emergency response location product. This device, called the
Dispatcher Activated Response Identification Light (DARIL), has been
prototyped and is a low cost emergency home identification light that
is ready for commercialization. This product has outstanding revenue
potential and has been highly acclaimed by the emergency response
community. OLETC is assisting the inventor in locating a qualified U.S.
