The U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG) intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to Camelback Fuel Systems, 15026 North 20th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85022 for Maintenance and Repair of the Automated Fleet Fueling System (AFFS)and UPS Units located at the USAYPG. The contract will be for one base year plus four one-year option periods. Camelback is the only company authorized by Casi-Rusco with the expertise and training required to maintain the AFFS. They are also the only company with the electronic and mechanical parts and equipment required to maintain the AFFS. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. See Note 22.
