The Federal Bureau of Prisons is soliciting for Psychiatrist services for the Metropolitan Detention Center, Corner of Road 165 at Road 28, Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. The work schedule will consist of one (1) session per week, each session will last four (4) hours, not to exceed thirty (30) hours per week. All sessions will be conducted from Monday through Friday. The contractor will be responsible for the following: performing psychiatric evaluations to all inmate studies modalities as indicated; recommend normally accepted psychiatric treatment modalities as indicated and assist the Clinical Director in any concerns or consultations. Qualifications include a minimum of three years experience in the Psychiatric field and a valid license to practice medicine in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. The anticipated period of performance will be as follows: one base year to begin upon date of award through 12 months with four subsequent one year option periods.
