The work includes, but not limited to, painting and pressure washing tasks at Bldg 940, per Naval Facilities Engineering Command specifications, section 09900J (Paints and Coatings), Paints (Intermediate and Topcoats) for exterior metal; concrete and concrete masonry shall conform to Federal Specification TT-P-19, Rev D, Am. 1, Paint, Latex (Acrylic Emulsion, Exterior Wood & Masonry). Paints (Intermediate & Topcoats) for interior concrete & concrete masonry shall also conform to FS TT-P-19, with optional topcoat Federal Specification TT-E-509 (semigloss), EXCEPT in restrooms. In restrooms Intermediate coat shall be Federal Spec TT-P-19 & topcoats shall be either Federal Spec TT-E-506 (Rev. K, enamel) shall be as recommended by the manufacturers. Contractor will be responsible for taking their own measurements. Warranty on materials and workmanship will be required. Required to meet environment plan for disposal of paint chips and waste water generated during pressure washing.
