This project is considered a USPS "Green" design and shall make use of a large portion of recycled materials, and the recycling of waste construction products and containers. The work also includes, but is not limited to earthwork, installation of utilities, concrete curb and gutter, concrete and asphalt paving, chainlink site fencing, landscaping with site irrigation, site signage, concrete sidewalks and ramps, concrete site retaining walls, masonry, recycled steel columns and joists, millwork, paint-striping, dock levelers, electro-hydraulic flip ramps, mechanical roof top units, site lighting, CCTV surveillance systems, and all work described in the contract documents. Estimated construction cost range is between $2,500,000 and $3,000,000. The performance period is 270 calendar days after the notice to proceed is issued.
